Similar to our maintenance flat rates and subscriptions, however, you are not tied to fixed terms with a service package. You will receive a time quota with the corresponding availability of our support. This type of work and billing is perfect for existing websites, online shops, consulting, AdWords, graphic design or support with a workload that is difficult to calculate.

With our service packages, you buy the respective hour quota either once in advance, monthly or quarterly. Time is billed in quarter-hour increments. You have the option of increasing your hourly quota at any time or purchasing a new one after it has expired.
